Kolling SGTI – governance system in IT
With state-of-the-art technology, this WEB system was developed with FREE tools through Java language, accessing MySql database on the Linux platform.
It is a multi-company system of management of IT occurrences, in which our customers or call center have the power to open up calls for correcting problems via WEB.
The open call is automatically directed to the manager of the solution nucleus of the type of problem at issue, thus setting in motion the technicians for the solution of the problem, remotely or locally.
Each activity is linked to a concept of maximum time of execution from the level of service agreed on with the customer, and the system is prepared to inform the manager via email that the maximum time for the solution of that problem is over.
The download of the activities with the descriptions of the solutions adopted allows us to build the basis of knowledge of the customer, thus speeding up the next services.
In terms of management, Kolling SGTI offers our customers several reports and graphs on-line, of great use for identification of failures in the process and decision making of the managers involved.
